2005 Imagenes (Demos 1988 / 1998) Vol. 1 CD

Gitarrist Martin Knye startete 1986 mit seiner Band LZ2 in sehr jungem Alter. Mit ihnen nahm er 1989 die Instrumental LP "El fuego sagrado" auf die heute extrem selten ist! Durch diese Veröffentlichung wird eer einer der anerkanntesten Gitarristen von Argentinien, und noch im selben Jahr heuern ihn KAMIKAZE an, mit denen er deren Album "Victaimas del Rock" und "3" aufnimmt. Auf den selben Alben spielte auch Daniel Telis, der heute auch ein anerkannter Gitarren Wizard ist! 1992 löste sich KAMIKAZE auf, und er studiert erstmal andere Musik Stile! Er spielt dann in der Band KRISTINE klassische Sachen. 1999 geht es dann zurück zum Metal, und er started mit MAGIAR! Es dauerte ein Jahr bis das Line Up stand um Live zu spielen. 2000 fingen sie an das Album aufzunehmen, welches dann Ende 2001 als Eigenpressung herausgebracht wurde (es wurde auch in Mexiko lizensiert)! Der Rest seiner Band ist noch sehr jung. Bassist Germain Leth spielt gleichzeitig noch bei ARIADNA PROJECT und WATCHMEN. Zusammen spielen sie guten, eingängigen Metal, bei dem die Gitarre nicht zu sehr im Vordergrund steht! Aber ab und zu spielt die Gitarre natürlich ordentlich vorne auf! Es sind aber auch einige seltsame und nicht metallische Songs dabei!
Im Jahre 2002 wurde bei Martin eine Nervenkrankheit an der Hand festgestellt, welche sich immer mehr verschlechert! 2002 spielte er noch Live mit Einschränkumngen, und seit Anfang 2003 ist es ihm unmöglich geworden zu spielen!! Nun sucht er nach einer Therapie, und es ist offen wie es weitergehen soll!
Bis zum Jahre 2006 ist keine Besserung eingetreten. Er hat aber eine Compilation CD mit alten unveröffentlichten Stücken herausgegeben. Deises umfasst Solo Gitarren Nummern, und Themen mit Gesang, mit den Bands LZ2 und KRISTINE aufgenomen 1988 bis 1998. Es sind schöne Instrumentals und neoklassische Songs. Dieses ist wohl nur der erste Teil von mehreren geplanten. Die Aufmachung ist leider etwas einfach, als bedruckte CD-R, und ohne Back Cover.

Guitar player Martin Knye started at a very young age in 1986 with his band LZ2. With this band he recorded in 1989 the instrumental LP "El fuego sagrado", which is extremely rare today! With this release he became a known guitar player in his country, and in the same year he was hired by KAMIKAZE, and he recorded with them the albums "Victaimas del Rock" and "3". On the same albums played also Daniel Telis, who is today another recognized guitar wizard! KAMIKAZE split in 1992, and Martin started to study different guitar styles. He had the band KRISTINE where he played more classical guitar. In 1999 he started again with Metal and founded MAGIAR! He needed a year till he had the line up to play the first live show. They started to record the album in 2000, and it was released end of 2001 as independent CD (and it was also licensed in Mexico)! The rest of his band is very young. Bass player Germain Leth plays at the same time with ARIADNA PROJECT and WATCHMEN. Together they play good and catchy Metal, where the guitar is not too much in the foreground! But of course is the guitar an very important part of his music! But there are also some strange songs on this album, which have nothing to do with Metal!
But now in 2002 a nerve desease in his hand was discovered, which became worse meanwhile! In 2002 he was still playing live under pain, but since beginning of 2003 it is impossible for him to perform!! Now he is searching for a therapy, and the whole future is uncertain!!
Till 2006 there seem to have been no cure of is problems. But there is a new sign of life from him, as he made an interesting compilation CD with old unreleased songs. It contains solo guitar themes, and songs with vocals from his old bands LZ2 nd KRISTINE, recorded from 1988 till 1998. This are nice instrumentals, and neoclassical songs. It seems to be the first part, and at least a second one is planned. It is made very simple with printed CD-R, and without back cover.
