Sänger Saul Blanch war schon in den 70er Jahren aktiv, und in mehreren Bands. Mit PLUS hat er auch Alben aufgenommen. Mitte der 80er steigt er dann bei RATA BLANCA ein, und singt auf deren erster Scheibe. Dieses Album ist ein Meilenstein in der argentinischen Metal History, und jeder Fan kennt sie auswendig. Saul muss die Band nach dieser Scheibe aber schon verlassen, und der nächse Sänger wird von den Fans lange nicht akzeptiert, da für sie Saul Blanch der wahre RATA Sänger war. Er zehrt lange von dem Ruhm, und tingelt durch die Clubs. 1991 kann er dann auch ein Soloalbum herausbringen, welches voll im Stil der ersten RATA BLANCA Scheibe ist, aber nicht ganz die Klasse erreicht. Es soll 1994 noch ein CD Album herausgekommen sein, welches ich aber nicht besitze. Ich kann deshalb nicht beschwören, dass es existiert und nichts zum Stil sagen! Später verschwindet er eine Weile von der Bildfläche. Im Jahr 2001 ist er dann mal wieder aufgetreten, und hat sich als Musiker die Jungs von ALEGORY gegriffen, die einen super Job machten. Er sang die ganze erste RATA Scheibe durch, und nur 2 Songs von seiner Soloscheibe. Diese LP ist mittlerweile sehr schwer zu finden! Im Jahre 2005 wurde das Album aber endlich auf CD herausgebracht, mit einem Bonus Track. Er scheint aber immer noch keine eigene Homepage zu haben! Wird langsam zeit dafür Junge!

Singer Saul Blanch was already active in some bands in the 70s. With PLUS he recorded some records. In the mid 80s he joined RATA BLANCA, and sings on their first album. This is one of the eternal Metal albums of Argentina, and all Metal fans know every word from it. But Saul had to leave the band, and the new singer was not accepted by many fans for a long time, because they thought Saul Blanch was the true singer of RATA BLANCA. From this fame he could live off a long time. Under his own name he played in Clubs, and finally could release an album in 1991. It is in the same style as the first RATA BLANCA album, but has not the class of it. The album was no success, and later Saul disappeared for a while. There is suppose to be another CD album in 1994, but I never had it in my hands. So I can nnot swear it exist, and cannot tell anyting about the style! In 2001 he was playing again live and used the musicians of the young band ALEGORY for it, who did a great job. He played the whole RATA album, and only 2 songs of his own record. This LP is now very hard to get! In the year 2005 the album was finally released on CD with one bonus track. But he seems still not to have an own homepage. It`s time for it dude!

El cantante Saul Blanch fue muy activo en algunas bandas de los 70s, con PLUS grabo algunos discos y en mediados de los 80s entra en RATA BLANCA y canta en el primer album. Esta es uno de los eternos discos de Argentina, y todos los fanaticos de la banda se saben cada palabra del mismo, pero Saul tuvo que abandonar la banda y los fanaticos no aceptaron al nuevo cantante por mucho tiempo, por que para ellos Saul Blanch era el unico y verdadero cantante de RATA BLANCA. De esta fama el pudo vivir por algun tiempo, bajo su propio nombre tocaba en clubs, y finalmente grabo un disco en 1991. Esta esta en el mismo estilo de RATA BLANCA pero no con la misma clase y calidad. El disco no tuvo exito y Saul desaparecio por un tiempo. En el 2001 a empezado a tocar otravez y utiliza los musicos de la joven banda ALEGORY, quienes hacen un gran trabajo. El toca todo el disco de RATA BLANCA y solo dos canciones de su disco solista. El LP es dificil de conseguir.
