Diese Jungs gründeten ihre Band unter dem Namen ASYLUM. Wie der Name schon vermuten lässt spielten sie einfachen Hard Rock / Metal, auf den Spuren von KISS zu deren Poser Zeiten! Sie mussten den Namen 1998 ändern, nachdem sie Ärger mit einer US Plattenfirma bekamen (der von KISS?)! Das erste Album enthält 3 Songs in Englisch, ein KISS Cover und den Rest in Spanisch. Die Songs sollen partytauglich sein, plätschern aber nur so vor sich hin. Sie haben auch noch tolle Pseudonyme! Der Paul Stanley Lookalike nennt sich Paul Jr. Lee, und der Eric Singer Verschnitt heisst Tute Singer! Seit 1999 machen sie als Trio weiter. Im Jahre 2000 eröffneten sie für Finlands Poser King Michael Monroe, und 2001 für Vince Neil auf seiner Solo Tour. Ein Jahr später folgte ihr nächstes Album, welches ich nicht kenne. 2004 brachten sie ein reines Cover Album heraus, mit Songs in total verschiedenem Stil, von The Beatles und Bob Marley zu Ramones und AC/DC. Das letzte Album geht weg von der KISS Richtung (welches die Band KEFREN schon viel ausgereifter macht), hin zu typischem US Hard Rock, der sich ganz o.k. anhört. In Argentinien, und vor allem in der Provinz, wie z.B. Missiones, spielt die Band wohl erfolgreich. Ob das aber jemand ausserhalb Argentiniens braucht, weiss ich nicht!

This guys founded their band in 1996 under the name ASYLUM. Like the name suggested, they play simple Hard Rock / Metal, which follows the path of KISS in their Poser times! In 1998 they had to change the name, after problems with an US record company (the one of KISS??)! The first album has 3 songs in English, one KISS cover and the others in Spanish. The songs are suppose to be party compatible, but are just boring! They have also great alias names: the Paul Stanley lookalike calls himself Paul Jr Lee, and the Eric Singer double is called Tute Singer! Since 1999 they continue as a trio. In 2000 they opened the show for Finlands Poser king Michael Monroe, and in 2001 for Vince Neil on his solo tour. One year later follows the next album, which I do not know. In 2004 they released a pure cover album, with songs in total different style, from The Beatles and Bob Marley to Ramones and AC/DC. The last album is away from the pure KISS roots, (which the band KEFREN is doing anyway much more effective), and play average US Hard Rock. Seems in Argentina they play successful, especially when they go to the provinces like Missiones, but if somebody outside of the country need this, I do not know!
