2001 I.Q.U. Demo CD

Die Band wurde 1993 in Sao Paulo von Gitarrist Hugo Mariutti gegründet (Bruder von ANGRA Basser Luis Mariutti). Die ersten Mitglieder kamen von den Bands WARDEATH und FINAL GARDEN. Kurze Zeit später stösst Sänger Daniel Matos zu ihnen (Bruder von VIPER / ANGRA / SHAMAN Sänger Andre Matos). Mit ihm nehmen sie 1996 das 3 Track Demo "The final day" auf, welches sehr guten melodischen Power Metal enthält (ganz im Stil der Bands von Daniel`s Bruder)! Doch danach verlässt Daniel die Band. Erst im Jahre 2000 erscheint ein weiteres Demo namens "In the garden". Seit dem Jahre 2001 wird an einem Album aufgenommen, doch durch viele Wechsel verzögert sich alles immer wieder. In letzter Zeit ist Hugo auch noch bei SHAMAN eingestiegen und so ist ungewiss of es noch etwas mit dem Album wird! Im Jahre 2001 erschien jedenfalls noch das Demo " I.Q.U.", mit gleichnamigen Song, der ein schönes melodisches Metal Stück ist, und bei dem Andre Matos mitsingt.

The band was founded in 1993 in Sao Paulo from guitarrist Hugo Mariutti (brother of ANGRA bass player Luis Mariutti). The first members came from the bands WARDEATH and FINAL GARDEN. Short time later joined singer Daniel Matos (brother of VIPER / ANGRA / SHAMAN singer Andre Matos). They recorded with him in 1996 the 3 track Demo "The final day", which contains very good melodic Power Metal (in the style of the bands of Daniel`s brother)! After this Daniel left the band. Only in the year 2000 a new demo came out, called "In the garden". Since 2001 they work on a complete album, but through a lot of changes and other problems it was delayed. Since a while Hugo plays also with SHAMAN, and it is uncertain if it will be ever finished! In the year 2001 they put out the Demo with the song "I.Q.U.", which is a nice melodic Metal piece, and Andre Matos recorded a few lines for it.

A banda foi fundada em 1993, em São Paulo pelo guitarrista Hugo Mariutti (irmão do baixista Luis Mariutti, ex ANGRA, atual SHAMAN). Os primeiros integrantes vieram das bandas WARDEATH e FINAL GARDEN. Pouco tempo depois, o vocalista Daniel Matos (irmão de André Matos, ex VIPER, ex ANGRA, atual SHAMAN) juntou-se à banda. Gravaram com ele, em 1996, uma demo com 3 faixas: "The final day" que contém um Power Metal melódico muito bom ( na linha das bandas do irmão de Daniel). Depois desta demo, Daniel saiu da banda. Somente em 2000 uma nova demo foi lançada: "In the garden". Desde 2001 eles vêm trabalhando em um álbum completo, mas devido a diversas mudanças na formação o álbum vem sendo adiado. Agora ainda mais, já que Hugo está no SHAMAN e não se sabe ao certo se este álbum será mesmo terminado. No ano de 2001, lançaram uma nova demo com a música "I.Q.U." a qual apresenta um bom Metal melódico e André Matos gravou algumas linhas vocais também.
