KHALLICE 2003 Dies ist eine sehr progressive Band aus der Hauptstadt Brasilia. Sie machten die ersten Schritte 1994 als Cover Band. Ab 1995 schrieben sie eigene Songs und nahmen ein Demo auf. Von 1996 - 97 war Mario Linhares Mitglied, der dannach seine Band DARK AVENGER gründete. Mit ihm nehmen sie das Demo "Prophecy" auf. 1999 steigt bei ihnen Sänger Alirio Netto ein, der beim Musical "Jesus Christ superstar" sang (und auch später noch damit unterwegs war). Mit ihm nehmen sie ihr Album als Eigenproduktion auf. Die Scheibe hört sich nach den grossen Vorbildern DREAM THEATER und späten FATES WARNING an, aber mit einer eigenen Note. Diese talentierten Musiker müssten in der Prog Metal Szene eigentich einige Anerkenung einheimsen!

This is a very progressive band from the capital Brasilia. They made the first steps in 1994 as a cover band. 1995 they started to write own songs and recorded the first demo. From 1996 - 97 they had Mario Linhares as a member, who founded later DARK AVENGER. With him they recorded the demo "Prophecy". In 1999 joined the singer Alirio Netto, who sung in the musical "Jesus Christ superstar" (and who toured later aagain with them). With him the album was recorded as independent production. The music is very much influenced by their idols DREAM THEATER and newer FATES WARNING, but with a own note. This talented musicians should get a lot of recognition in the international Progressive Metal scene!

Esta é uma banda candanga extremamente progressiva. Eles começaram em 1994 fazendo covers. Em 95, começaram a escrever músicas próprias e gravaram a primeira demo. De 96 a 97 tiveram em sua formação Mário Linhares que mais tarde fundou o DARK AVENGER. Com ele gravaram a demo "Prophecy". Em 1999 o vocalista Alirio Netto, que cantou no musical "Jesus Christ superstar" se juntou à banda. Com ele o álbum foi gravado de maneira independente. A música é muito influenciada por seus heróis do DREAM THEATER e mais recentemente FATES WARNING, mas com um toque pessoal. Estes talentosos músicos deveriam conseguir muito reconhecimento na cena progressiva internacional!
