1987 Immortal Force LP
1988 Into The Strange LP
In the big wave of ultra thrashing combos in the mid 80s in Belo Horizonte was also the beginning of MUTILATOR. The ignition of this wave was the "Warfare noise" compilation in 1986, and they could put their songs on it. There was not much difference between them and the other bands on this record. At this time Silvio S.D.N. was the singer (S.D.N. means Sei De Nada - I know nothing). He left the band in the same year and founded ARMAGEDON (one Demo), and becomes later roadie of SEPULTURA (and wrote a biography about them)! But their first album one year later was much more controlled, with great screaming guitars, and you can hear, that their idols were SLAYER. This one was recorded with one member less, and for the second LP they changed two members. This record is in the same style, but they handle their instruments better. Other brainless Noise troops from the "Cogumelo" label could release many records, but these guys just managed to make two LPs.
