1999 Into The Last Skyline Beyond The Sun CD

Dies ist ein seltsamer Release des "Hellion" Brazil Labels. Iche habe sie erst einige Jahre nach Veröffentlichung gefunden, aber da war schon rein gar nichts mehr über sie herauszufinden. Wahrscheinlich hatten sie sich da schon aufgelöst. Sie kamen aus Sao Paulo, und spielten einen Metal Stil, der hart zu beschreiben ist. Sie waren instrumental sehr gut, aber ihre Kompositionen waren etwas unausgegoren, wie bei einer Demo Band. Aber das grösste Minus war der Sänger, der manchmal echt schräg rüberkommt. Ich wundere mich auch warum einige brasilianische Bands dieses alte Aztekische Sonnenrad als Covermotiv benutzten, da das ja aus einem total anderer Kulturkreis ist. MITRIUM, die alte BAnd von Edu Falachi (jetzt bei ANGRA) hatten genau das selbe Cover.

This is a strange release from the "Hellion" Brazil label. I found it a few years later, but could not find out anything about them anymore, seems they already split. The came from Sao Paulo, and the music was a style of Metal, which is hard to discribe. They were good instrumental wise, but the songwiting was a bit unexperienced, like a demo. But the biggest minus was the singer, which sounds sometime really strange! I also wonder why several braziian bands used this old Aztec / Mexican sun wheel as cover art, as this is from a total different cultural area. MITRIUM the old band of Edu Falachi (now in ANGRA) had exactly the same cover.

Este é um estranho lançamento da gravadora Hellion. Eu a encontrei há alguns anos, mas não consegui encontrar mais nada deles, parece que se separaram. Eles são de SP e a música é um estilo de Metal que é difícil de descrever. O instrumental é muito bom, mas as letras são fracas, como a demo. O destaque negativo vai para o vocalista que às vezes soa bastante estranho! Eu me pergunto porque algumas bandas brasileiras usam símbolos astecas nas capas já que são culturas bem diferentes. O MITRIUM (ex banda do atual ANGRA, Edu Falaschi) tem exatamente a mesma capa.
