PUSH sind eine der neuen brasilianischen Bands, die richtigen Power Metal ohne Schnörkel, oder gar Keyboards spielen! Hier gibt es Metal, genau auf den Punkt, und mit viel Power, perfekt gespielt! Die Jungs kommen aus Santos bei Sao Paulo, und fanden sich 1998 zusammen. Der Basser Ney Anies spielte zu der Zeit in 2 Bands. Die eine, SAVAGE POWER, spielte mehr im alten VIPER Stil, und die anderen, NO WARNING, standen mehr auf MEGADETH: Mit einigen von den Jungs beschloss er dann 1998 eine eigene Sache aufzuziehen. Gitarrist Paulo Sergio und Drummer Rod Luzzi kamen von SAVAGE POWER, und Gitarrist Paulo Marcos von NO WARNING. Vereint unter dem Namen PUSH nahmen sie 1999 ihr erstes Demo "A Push To The Top" auf. Sie hatten nicht viel Geld, und um das Demo zu finanzieren machten sie einen Werbesong für einenn Surf Shop! "Megahard" wurden aufmerksam, und nahmen sie unter Vertrag, und hatten damit eine weitere Perle im Angebot! Hier gibt es für True Metaller eine dicke Kaufempfehlung, und ich warte schon sehnsüchtig auf ein neues Album!

PUSH is one of the new Brazilian bands, that plays straight Power Metal without any keyboards! They deliver great Metal compositions, and real hymns! The guys are from Santos, close to Sao Paulo, and found together in 1998. Bass player Ney Anies played at this time in 2 bands. One was called SAVAGE POWER and played more in the old VIPER style, and the other one, NO WARNING was more in MEGADETH style. With some of the guys from this bands he decided to form their own thing. Guitar player Paulo Sergio, and drummer Rod Luzzi came from SAVAGE POWER, and guitar player Paulo Marcos from NO WARNING. United under the name PUSH they recorded the first demo "A Push To The Top" in 1999. They did not have much money, and to finance the demo they made a comercial jingle for a surf shop! "Megahard" label got attracted, and offered a contract, and has now another pearl in his supply! For real true Metal fans there is only one solution, .......buying! O PUSH é uma das novas bandas brasileiras que toca um Power Metal correto sem nenhum teclado! Eles nos trazem grandes composições e verdadeiros hinos! Os rapazes são de Santos, próximo a São Paulo e se juntaram em 1998. O baixista Ney Anies tocava nesta época em 2 bandas. Uma delas era o SAVAGE POWER que tocava no estilo do VIPER antigo e a outra banda era o NO WARNING que era mais no estilo Megadeth. A gravadora Megahard sentiu-se atraída por eles e ofereceu-lhes um contrato e agora possuem uma nova pérola em seu catálogo! Para verdadeiros fãs de Metal há apenas uma solução: comprar!
