Sängerin Dani Nolden und Gitarrist Bill Shadow stiegen im Jahre 2000 aus der Band CRISTAL MIRROR aus um ihr eigenes Projekt SHADOWSIDE zu gründen. Es dauerte ein Jahr bis sie die restlichen Musiker zusammenbekommen, und noch im selben Jahr nehmen sie ihre Mini CD auf. Diese ist schon recht professionell, und sie spielen guten traditionellen Metal mit leichtem teutonischen Eischlag. Die Sängerin hat manchmal noch leichte Probleme, aber für den Anfang ist es schon ein gutes Ergebniss! Sie haben nun sicher viel mehr Erfahrung, da sie Live schon mit NIGHTWISH, PRIMAL FEAR, SHAMAN und anderen gespielt haben (ein Live Duett von Andre Matos mit Dani könnt ihr als Video auf der Homepage sehen). Ein volles Album ist jetzt raus, und knallt richtig gut rein. Mehr Infos dazukommen bald.

Singer Dani Nolden and guitarist Bill Shadow left the band CRISTAL MIRROR in the year 2000 to start their own project SHADOWSIDE. They needed a year to find a complete line up, and in the same year they recorded their first mini CD. This one is already professionally done, and tey play good traditional Power Metal with some teutonic influences.
The singer has a few short problems with her voice, but for the beginning this is a great start! After this CD they sure got a lot of experience, as they played with bands like NIGHTWISH, PRIMAL FEAR, SHAMAN and others (you can see Dani singing with Andre Matos in a video at their homepage)! A vocalista Dani Nolden e o guitarrista Bill Shadow deixaram a banda CRISTAL MIRROR em 2000 para começar seu próprio projeto: SHADOWSIDE. Precisaram de um ano para encontrar a formação completa e no mesmo ano gravaram um mini CD. Este CD é bem profissional e eles tocam um bom Power Metal tradicional com algumas influências teutônicas. A vocalista tem alguns pequenos problemas com sua voz, mas já é um bom começo! Depois deste CD eles obtiveram mais experiência, tocaram com outra bandas como NIGHTWISH, PRIMAL FEAR, SHAMAN (você pode ver Dani cantando com André Matos num vídeo na página deles), etc. Um álbum completo está listo!
