Gegründet 1985 in Rio von den Bezz Brüdern Claudio (g), und Sergio (d) können sie nach 2 Demos 1986 ihre erste Scheibe in portugiesisch herausbringen. Diese bietet ungehobelten nicht sehr aufregenden Metal. Ab ihrer zweiten LP wird nach Sängerwechsel englisch benutzt. Ihr Stil wird dann immer thrashiger, ohne aber ihre Wurzeln im Metal zu verlieren. Die nachfolgenden Scheiben werden auch etwas ausgereifter. Zur zweiten LP gibt es einen Wechsel und es steigt bei ihnen Sänger und Gitarrist Jeziel de Oliveira ein. Als sich TAURUS 1991 auflösen macht Jeziel mit seiner Neben BAnd S.T.I. weiter, und bringt eine LP heraus.

Founded in 1985 in Rio from the Bezz brothers Claudio (g) and Sergio (d), they released after two demos, their first album in Portuguese in 1986. This one contains primitive, not very exciting Metal. Starting with the second album and a change of the singer, they use English lyrics. The style becomes more thrashy, but without leaving the roots of Metal. Formada em 1985, no Rio, pelos irmãos Bezz: Cláudio (g) e Sérgio (d), eles lançaram depois de 2 demos o primeiro álbum em português em 1986. Este contém um Metal primitivo e não muito excitante. No segundo álbum, com a mudança de vocalista eles passam a cantar em inglês. O estilo torna-se mais thrash, mas sem abandonar as raízes Metal. Os álbuns seguintes são também mais maduros.
