Metal Urgestein aus Sao Paulo haben wir hier. Sie sind dort eine der am längsten aktiven reinen Metal Bands gewesen. 1984 gründete Andre Cagni (b), Bruno Bontempi (g), Sergio Facci (d) und Sänger Jefferson Forcinito (ex WITCHCRAFT) die Band. Sie spielen 2 Demos mit je 2 Tracks ein, und sind live sehr aktiv. Noch vor ihrem ersten Album touren sie im ganzen Land, eröffnen für viele internationale Bands, und kommen 1986 sogar bis Argentinien. Mit einem neuen Sänger wird 1987 endlich die erste LP veröffentlicht, und darauf spielen sie recht rauhen, ungehobelten Metal, mit schlechtem Gesang. Hier benutzen sie schon ihre sehr gesellschaftskritischen Texte für die sie bekannt waren. Der Sänger wird ausgewechselt, und mit dem neuen viel besseren Claudio Vicky ist ihre zweite LP schon ausgereifter. Sie haben dann endlich ein festes Line up. Ihre Mini LP von 1990 hat nur 2 neue Stücke, ein THE CLASH Cover, und 2 Live Stücke. Aber schon 1991 kommt es zum Split. Sie raufen sich 1992 nochmal zusammen nehmen eine neue Platte auf, die guten Metal bietet, spielen 2 Shows live dafür, trennen sich dann aber endgültig. Die Zeit für ihre Art normalen Metal war vorbei. Andre war bis 1985 Schreiber beim "Rock Brigade", und gründed nach dem Split das "Dynamite" Magazin. Der Drummer stieg dannach bei VOLKANA ein, und ist heute Session Drummer. Claudio hatte einen Metal Shop in der Galeria, und war Tourpromoter, bis er an der RAGE / GRAVE DIGGER Tour pleite ging.

This band was one of the most important of the Sao Paulo scene, and one of the longest active ones too. In 1984 Andre Cagni (b), Bruno Bontempi (g), Sergio Facci (d) and singer Jefferson Forcinito (ex WITCHCRAFT) founded the band. They recorded 2 demos, containing 2 songs each, and the band was very much active live. Already before the first record they toured in the whole country, played support for international bands, and even played in Argentina in 1986. With a new singer they finally release the first album in 1987. This contains raw, unpolished Metal with a bad singer. The critical lyrics became a trademark of the band. They kicked out this singer, and with Claudio Vicky as the new one, the second album sounds much more mature. This is finally the beginning of a steady line up. The Mini LP from 1990 contained only 2 new songs, a cover song from THE CLASH and 2 live songs. But already in 1991 they split. They came together in 1992 to record a new album, that delivered good Metal, played 2 shows live for promotion, and separated again. The time for this normal Metal was over. Andre was writer for the "Rock Brigade" from the beginning till 1985, and founded the "Dynamite" magazine after the split. The drummer joined VOLKANA, and is today a session drummer. Claudio had a Metal shop in the "Galeria du Rock", and was a tour promoter, till he went bankrupt with the RAGE / GRAVE DIGGER tour!

Esta banda foi uma das mais importantes e duradouras na cena de São Paulo. Em 1984, André Cagni (b), Bruno Bontempi (g), Sérgio Facci (d) e o vocalista Jefferson Forcinito (ex WITCHCRAFT) fundaram a banda. Eles gravaram 2 demos, contendo 2 músicas cada e a banda era bem ativa ao vivo. Antes da gravação da primeira demo eles já haviam excursionado por todo o país, abrindo para bandas internacionais e até tocaram na Argentina, em 1986. Com o novo vocalista, eles finalmente gravaram o primeiro álbum em 1987. Este álbum contém um Metal cru e tosco com um vocalista ruim. As letras críticas viraram marca registrada da banda. Eles mandaram embora o vocalista e com Claudio Vicky o segundo álbum soa muito mais maduro. Este parecia finalmente o começo de um "line up" estabelecido. O mini- álbum de 1990 continha 2 músicas novas, um cover do The Clash e 2 músicas ao vivo. Em 1991 eles se separam. Voltaram em 1992 para gravar um novo álbum que traz um bom Metal, fizeram 2 shows ao vivo para promovê-lo e se separaram de novo. A época para este "Metal Normal" estava acabada. André escreveu na Rock Brigade do começo até 1985 e fundou a revista "Dynamite" depois da separação. O baterista se juntou ao VOLKANA e hoje é um baterista de estúdio. Cláudio tinha uma loja na Galeria do Rock e promotor de shows até ele falir com a turnê Rage/ Grave Digger!
